Ulrich Sierra Kitten with filly foal, Cherokota

Ulrich Sierra Kitten, a big bay leopard mare I bought from Arnold Weise in Tennessee when she was 14. She had never been broke, only used as a brood mare. Within 3 weeks she was broke out and developed into a safe trail wise mare anyone could ride. Very sweet and nurturing, and a willing companion. She went across the big Swan River the first time asked in chest deep water! I rode her on the Chief Joseph ride in 2003 and she was a model horse. She was just like her mother, Ulrich Kitten III. I felt like I was riding Ulrich Kitten III again. You can ride her anywhere, anytime and she is always the same sensible, kind horse. What more could you ask for? She and Promise are out of my late Ulrich Kitten III shuffler mare. They are among my most cherished horses.
